Summary:
This estate planning service allows you to designate a person you as your agent to make decisions manage and make financial decisions relating to your assets and liabilities in the event you become incapacitated and/or not mentally competent to make your own decisions; you may also limit your agent’s authority, however, they will not be able to change or manage who will receive your inheritance if you have already established a Will or Revocable Living Trust. Lastly, although you are designating an agent to make such decisions, the primary physician you elect will be the one to make the ultimate determination on whether or not you are incapacitated or not mentally competent.
What’s Included:
This purchase includes one Springing Power of Attorney for an individual. Two purchases are necessary if you wish that your partner/spouse also set up a Springing Power of Attorney.
